Josephine Chai, Executive Assistant to Harry Perler
Josephine joined our firm in July 2002 as Executive Assistant to CEO, Harry Perler, with over a decade of experience in business administration. Her combined education and previous experience will provide the executive office with a reinforced level of excellence and efficiency within Perler Financial Group.
Josephine's good eye for detail and her resourcefulness in resolving problems will contribute greatly to the performance of the group. In addition, her fresh approach to customer service and innovative ideas will provide a pleasant environment for both the client and firm professionally and personally.
Josephine was born and raised in Malaysia and schooled in England, moving on to the University of Toronto to complete her B.Sc in Computer Science. Josephine immigrated to Canada in the 1980's and now resides in Delta BC.

Anita Perler - COO, Perler Financial Group Inc
As part founder of Perler Financial Group Inc., Anita Perler brings forth her business education and more than 20 years experience in the financial industry. Her role of Chief Operating Officer, involves corporate relations, in addition to the coordination and supervision of the overall operations of the firm. Her particular leadership, organizational skills and precision to detail contributes to the smooth efficiency of the day to day operations for Perler Financial Group Inc.
Anita is also responsible for the management and implementation of the marketing and special events Perler Financial Group Inc. hosts. Anita has been coordinating and chairing special events for more than 25 years, so you can be assured that should you be attending a Perler Financial Group Inc. client event, you are in for a treat!
On a personal note, Anita enjoys a very fulfilling life with her husband of near 20 years. Together they have two daughters; one still residing in Maple Ridge and attending high school, the other is attending university in Ontario.
Community involvement is also extremely important to Anita Perler. From her early days of being the VP of her Business club at college, through her years of volunteering in community events and with non-profit community groups, to her recent years of chairing the Ridge Meadows Hospital Gala, the Meadowridge School Gala and the Meadowridge School Golf Tournament, and the 2009 BC Disability Games, Anita continues to make volunteering a major part of her life. “I live with my husband and our daughters in a wonderful community which has so many like-minded individuals who volunteer so many hours of their time. I am so proud to be a part of this community and hope to continue giving back to the best of my ability in the years ahead.”

Laura Seekings, CFP, FMA - Financial Planner / Marketing & Admin Associate to Harry Perler 
Laura is the newest member of Harry Perler's team; joining Perler Financial Group in late of 2009.
Laura holds two designations: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Financial Management Advisor (FMA). Before coming on board with Perler, she had been in the banking industry since 1991 and has been helping people with their financial planning since 2002.
Harry has known Laura for a number of years; since back in 1994 when she and her husband had owned a family restaurant in Coquitlam. Laura knows and understands the importance of excellent work ethics, great communication, client appreciation, and industry knowledge. Laura believes in building long-term relationships with clients and working with them to help achieve their goals by developing long-term strategies. These qualities with her friendly demeanor, combined with her education and professional experience, we know that Laura is and will continue to be a great addition to our team!
Laura assists Harry and Josephine in a number of areas. These areas include but are not limited to assisting with the Quarterly Newsletters, e-Newsletters, research and development, as well as numerous other areas. Don’t be surprised if you receive a phone call from Laura reminding you to book a time to get your financial plan updated with Harry!

Stefanie Larson, Administration Assistant
Stefanie has been part of the Perler team since 2007, bringing along with her 12 years experience in customer service environments.
As first impressions are of great importance when you walk into our office, Stefanie ensures the reception of our firm is run smoothly and efficiently. Our welcoming environment is greatly due to Stefanie’s warm disposition and genuine interest in our clients’ health and wellbeing. As such, don’t be surprised if Stefanie gets to know you by name, starts to memorize what you like in your coffee, and learns more about your interests when you come into our reception while waiting for your appointment.
Aside from being responsible of her domain of the reception area, Stefanie assists with helping Harry prep his files and assists other team members with a variety of administrative tasks. Stefanie’s sincere interest and willing to grow professionally within our firm, has enabled her to take on more of a role with assisting Anita Perler with the implementation of the marketing and special events Perler Financial Group Inc. hosts.
Stefanie’s keen nature and friendly demeanour make her a wonderful member of the Perler Financial team.
